As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive brand experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
    • Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers.
    • Build rapport and trust with customers to foster long-term relationships.
    • Proactively address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Data Management:
    • Accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed logs.
    • Update customer information in the company's database.
    • Gather feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve department goals.
    • Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (oral and written).
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
