We are seeking a motivated and creative fresh graduate to join our team as a Video Production and Editing Officer. You will play a vital role in crafting engaging video content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience. This position requires a strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and a passion for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Production:
    • Assist in planning and executing video shoots, including setting up equipment, capturing footage, and ensuring proper lighting and sound.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with our brand objectives.
  • Video Editing:
    • Utilize your expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro to edit raw footage into polished videos that are visually appealing and tell compelling stories.
    • Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and other elements to enhance the overall production quality.
    • Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats.
  • Post-Production:
    • Add color correction, special effects, and other enhancements to videos to achieve the desired look and feel.
    • Export videos in various formats for distribution across different channels.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and offer innovative ideas for video content.
    • Take feedback constructively and iterate on edits as needed.
    • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications:

  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
    • Basic understanding of video production principles (lighting, sound, composition).
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
